Olivia Block is a media artist and composer. She is a pioneering force in the field of experimental music. Her discography, spanning nearly thirty years, is published on Another Timbre, Black Truffle, Erstwhile, Glistening Examples, NNA Tapes, Room40, Sedimental, and Touch, among other labels. She performs live experimental music, where at any given concert she might be playing electronic instruments, piano, organ or amplified objects. Block also creates surround sound concerts and media installations. Block is based in Chicago, and travels widely for her work.

Olivia Block's solo career has been mostly concentrated in the realm of experimental and sound-based practices. Her latest album, The Mountains Pass, recently released on Black Truffle records, marks Olivia Block's return to writing songs, singing, and performing on piano. For this tour she performs her new songs with a small ensemble including acclaimed percussionist Jon Mueller and up-and-coming experimental pop artist Paige Naylor. The Mountains Pass was recorded at Steve Albini's Electrical Audio in Chicago with Jon Mueller on percussion, drums and gongs.

Danny Paul Grody and Rich Douthit will perform a selection of material from their thematically related LP’s “Arc of Day” (2023) and “Arc of Night” (2024). The material draws its inspiration from the passage of time, loss, healing, and strong connection to geography of the Northern California Coastal region, where they live.
